1.2 After depositing money towards registration, if a student due to any reason whatsoever wants to take his/her money back after the enrolment, the institute will not refund or adjust the money deposited towards registration fee / admission fee.
1.3 If the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, student may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
3.2 Poor attendance (lower than 80%);
3.3 Disrespect to members of DAC staff, Guest Lecturers, Teaching staff of any subject or other students;
3.4 Foul, inappropriate or abusive language, violence, intimidating or insulting behaviour, bullying, any form of discrimination (including based on race, gender, religious beliefs or sexual orientation);
3.5 Any other act or behaviour that does or may bring DAC into disrepute or cause any harm or suffering to staff, other students or members of the public.
3.6 If the student fails to meet our minimum conduct requirements, we may expel them. We may also take any further action like informing the appropriate officials and, if they are under 18 years of age, their parent(s) or guardian.
3.7 In the event of expulsion due to inappropriate conduct, there will be no refund of fees and any outstanding fees will become payable immediately.
3.8 Students are obliged to attend all of their classes on their timetable and Defence Academy is not responsible if the student misses any class. Failing to attend without good reason will lead to expulsion from the academy with no refund.
3.9 Students must arrive to class at least 10 minutes before the start time on their schedule and should arrive back from breaks promptly.
3.10 If a student consistently arrives late or goes on a long leave without intimation, the student may be expelled from the academy with no refund.
